Delta Air Lines

Started as a small aerial crop dusting operation called Huff Daland Dusters in 1924, Delta Air Lines has now grown into one of the world’s largest global airlines, helping more than 160 million travelers get to the places they want to go to each year.

The mission of Delta Air Lines is to strive to conduct its operations in a socially and environmentally responsible manner and give back to the communities it serves. The airline is a founding member of the SkyTeam global alliance and participates in the industry’s leading trans-Atlantic joint venture with Air France-KLM and Alitalia. In addition, Delta is investing more than $3 billion in airport facilities and global products, services and technology to enhance the customer experience in the air and on the ground.

With an industry-leading global network, Delta and the Delta Connection carriers offer service to 330 destinations in 65 countries on six continents. Headquartered in Atlanta, Delta employs nearly 80,000 employees worldwide and operates a mainline fleet of more than 700 aircraft. Including its worldwide alliance partners, Delta offers customers more than 15,000 daily flights, with hubs in Atlanta, New York, and Paris (among others). Currently, they estimate that more than 160 million people fly Delta each year.
